During the week of March 4-10, 2024 we will be uniting as the Church in Grand Rapids in unbroken prayer for our city. Please help us to fill each hour as we come before our Father and pray blessing over our city.

WHY: God’s love for our city is boundless and staggering. We often only see the problems our city is dealing with, and miss how much God deeply loves it, and is present in every crack and crevice. He invites us to love our city as He does, so we will spend this week together asking God to share His heart for the city with us, and cultivating a love that is sacrificial and takes action.

We NEED YOUR HELP to fill all of the slots—especially the over-night slots! This is not a burden, but a beautiful challenge and a joy. These middle-of-the-night prayer slots are not the most convenient, but they are so special and powerful. It is extremely rare to ever spend an hour of time in the middle of the night with God, praying as a part of a much larger whole, contending for God’s Kingdom to come. It seems God likes to honor it. Many who’ve participated in it before have reported that it was incredibly potent, even life-changing for some. Please join us and sign up for a slot!

Practical notes: Please don’t sign up for a slot that someone else has already signed up for, unless they have invited you to.

Also, there will be OPEN WORSHIP time from 7p-8p on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday of that week in which there will be someone leading worship in the Garage and anyone is welcome to come and worship.

This week of prayer is a partnership of many different churches and believers in Grand Rapids and is hosted collaboratively by 24-7 Prayer GR and PLANT 616.
